Prince Crescent Wave, son of Princess Luna and unknown Siren. 

A mysterious fling that occurred while visiting the Bridle Seas, resulted in this strange princely stallion. Crescent Wave is somber and serious like his mother and love spending time near or within water, particularly the sea. He seems himself as the ocean's steward, the moon pulls the tides after all, as well as the Prince of the Night. He's referred to as a "kelpie" being half siren and half alicorn. 

not possessing a horn, Crescent uses the moonstone embedded in his forehead to cast spells.
