With everyone making Ouran OC's, I wanted to too, seeing as it's my favorite anime, Im surprised I didn't do so sooner.
Anyway I present Yuuki Manami!

Nationality: Japanese
Family: Moriko Manami (Mother) Senri Manami (Father).

Mother's family business was a world renowned wedding planning company, and father's business was a high class catering company, the two got married to help both their businesses and create a wedding planning empire. The tradition of his mother's family, was that the heir to the family business was always female, and the children attended Lobelia's Girl Academy and joined the White Lily League, as had been done for generations, since the founding of the business, and the founding of the school.However, when they had their first and only child, Yuuki, he was male. Due to complications in the birth Moriko was unable to have anymore children and, thus the ownership of the company was to be handed over to her younger sister, and onto her children, having had two daughters of her own by this time. In order to keep control over the family business, she lied about Yuuki's gender to everyone, including her husband, and raised Yuuki as if he were a girl, teaching him to act and behave like a girl, and dress like one at all times. However, Yuuki wasn't allowed to attend Lobelia's due to his gender being discovered by the head members of the White Lily League, and resulted in his attendance to Ouran. While it was frowned upon, it did not result in the loss of Yuuki's right to his family's legacy. Yuuki has grown used to being a girl and continues to do so to make his mother happy, wishing for her to smile as much as possible, due to the stress of her work. He goes to great lengths to keep his secret, even dressing like a girl outside of school, and fully well playing his role. This continuous acting, has made him a one for the arts, being involved in the school's plays and musicals, he is also in choir, and is known for enjoying to sing. He enjoys hanging out in the host club's club room, not to visit the club itself, but to visit his friend Naruhiko. Naruhiko seems to be his only friend and is fully aware of him being a male, and not female, most of the members of the host club have figured it out as well, excluding Tamaki and Renge.

Bio: Yuuki will do anything to make his mother happy, having grown close to her being that she is the only one in his family that he's allowed to truly be himself around. He works hard to keep up his secret and wishes they could clue his father into their secret, so he could grow closer to him. He plans to one day success his mother and plan the weddings and run the catering himself.

Yuuki originally had no intention of visiting the school's infamous host club, due to seeing it as a waste of money. However, when his friend Naruhiko fell into debt and began to spend all his time there after school working it off, his boredom, lack of other friends, and large amount of free time drove him to go to the host club room and hang around with him while he worked. It didn't take long for Tamaki to try and win the fancy of the young 'lady' and get a new client, miserably failing to realize was in actuality a boy. Haruhi, having noticed this right off, resounded to correct the 'King', but decided against. Yuuki, having had no interest in Tamaki, ignored him, and visited the other Host club members, learning who they were, and then getting to know them better, until spotting Naruhiko, and proceeding to distract him from his work by hanging around.

While his hanging around the club room without actually visiting the Host's annoys Kyouya, as the club does not get money from this, he allows it due to his family having been important Ootori clients and even planned his parents' wedding, thus allowing Yuuki to get away with hanging around Naruhiko in the club room all the time. However, his distracting does make it hard for him to get his work done and thus slowing down the rate he climbs out of debt.



Relationships:
Tamaki - Doesn't care for him, finds him childish and sometimes annoying, doesn't fall for his flattery, but respects his love for his mother, as he holds a similar love for his own.
Kyouya - Neutral, neither liking or disliking Kyouya, however has the feeling Kyouya doesn't like his presence very much, though he doesn't show it.
Hikaru and Kaoru - the twins often pick on or mess with him, which brings him to not enjoy being around them much at all, however Kaoru he can stand much more than Hikaru.
Haruhi - Likes Haruhi, considering her a reverse of himself, admiring her for being a girl who doesn't care about gender, however his presence can sometimes annoy her.
Hunny - Enjoys being around Hunny-senpai very much due to similar intrests and a love for cute things.
Mori - Neutral, neither likes nore dislikes, but admires his relationship with Hunny-senpai.
Nekozawa - Finds creepy and strange, but believe there'd be some hope for him if he left the Black Magic club room more often.
Renge - Dislikes her very much, finds her loud, obnoxious, and annoying and is not afraid to tell her so.
Naruhiko - Best friend, enjoys being around him very much and can at times be overly huggy, also gets protective over him and slightly jealous when others seem to be getting too close. This may be because of his lack of friends, and a desire to not lose them, with his behavior sometimes being similar, though not as intense, as Tamaki, it makes it ironic and strange that he dislikes him so much.
