Antheia, the daughter of Discord and Fluttershy.

Antheia struggled much in her childhood to try and integrate into Equestrian society, but never quite managed it. She grew up surrounded by animals at her mother's cottage and sanctuary, and always felt a greater connection to them than other ponies. She turned into a fierce protector of the forest, and uses her chaos magic to curse, hex, and otherwise discomfort the lives of any pony who would dare harm an animal or the forest proper. She thinks ponies have lost touch with their natural roots by living in such sprawling cityscapes, and loathes such places. She generally keeps to herself, living with her mother and father at her mother's cottage, but her mother desperately wants her to make some filly friends that aren't animals and tries to get her to at least consider other ponies as possible friends. She's been labeled the witch of the woods, or just a witch, by ponies who are afraid of her, and she practices spells and potions with Zecora in the ever free forest. 
She will use her magic to the benefit of ponyfolk, but not without a cost to them, and they must seek her out directly. 

Antheia was made by Discord as a way of allowing his friend to have the foal she wanted despite being a single mother, he couldn't help but make her in his own image as well and the two raise her as co parents. Discord minded the egg he created to house Antheia, and was a drama queen about it the whole time to Flutters.
